A Bold New Vision for Growth

A Bold New Vision for Growth

A Bold New Vision

NOVEMBER 9, 2021
On Saturday, November 6th, Amplify's Board of Directors and staff gathered for a day of strategic planning facilitated by Jeff Prouty, Chairmain & Founder of Prouty Project.

Out of the work emerged a bold new vision to expand our ministry reach and impact in 2022. We hope you will come along for the ride!

Our Vision for 2022:
1. Add a second meeting site in the Twin Cities!
We are currently looking for a church partner who wants to bring the Amplify model to their congregation and community. If you know a church who may be interested, please connect them with Julie to discuss partnership possibilities.

2. Hire additional staff to support our growth.
We are currently seeking an Administrative & Data Specialist to join our team. View the current opening and pass it along to those in your network who may be interested.

3. Engage younger marketplace leaders.
Watch for opportunities in the new year to participate in focus groups and help speak into our programming model to attract a wider range of marketplace leaders.

4. Expand & Strengthen the Learning Academy.

The Learning Academy continues to grow, providing exceptional training and support for ministry leaders. In 2021, we added a third new track for Mid-Managers. As we move into 2022, we want to strengthen and continue to expand the foundation that has been established. Consider serving as a mentor in 2022 for one of our Learning Academy participants!

5. Increase the number of ministries & partners served!

In 2021, we had a record number of meeting attendees participate and served 78 ministries through our programs. We believe God is using Christian business leaders to solve problems the world simply can't solve. When business leaders and ministry leaders work together, amazing things happen! Consider who you can invite to join us in 2022 and help us amplify Christ's work in the world.
