Join in concert with God and others for a night with Father Greg Boyle and Sara Groves. Their moving stories and lyrics will challenge your ideas about God and people, providing a window into a world filled with fellowship, compassion, and fewer barriers.

Father Greg Boyle

Founder, homeboy industries
Father Greg Boyle is the founder of Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, the largest gang-intervention, rehabilitation, and re-entry program in the world.

Boyle witnessed the devastating impact of gang violence on his community during the so-called “decade of death” that began in the 1980s and adopted what was a radical approach: treating gang members as human beings.

In 1988 he and his parish started what would eventually become Homeboy Industries, which employs and trains former gang members, serving thousands of men and women each year.

New York Times Bestseller

tattoos on the heart
Father Boyle is the author of three books including the 2010 New York Times bestseller "Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion." Boyle’s new book, The Whole Language, is hailed as an “astounding literary and spiritual feat” (Publishers Weekly) that is “destined to become a classic of both urban reportage and contemporary spirituality” (Los Angeles Times).

Sara Groves

Singer/songwriter
Sara Groves is a 20+ year veteran singer/songwriter and recording artist with a passion for justice. Since 2005 she has been an artist advocate with International Justice Mission.

At home in St. Paul, Sara and her husband Troy run a unique community arts center, Art House North, out of a 110 year old church where Sara has recorded her last two of 15 albums.

Her most recent album "What Makes It Through" is a reflection of events of the last several years, exploring the role our memories play in forgiveness and reconciliation.

Sara brings us her incredible storytelling and love for language with lyrics and music that cut straight to the heart.

Sara's Latest Album

what makes it through
“In What Makes It Through, Sara Groves delivers a masterclass in storytelling. Through the 9 tracks, she forges deeply into the listener’s heart, compelling us to understand our own hurt, perceptions, and memories. In doing so, she invites us to experience reconciliation with self, God, and each other. Her lyrics and command of melody are next level.” – Jessica Morris, Jesus Wired

The music will bless you. The stories will inspire you. The mission will move you.
