HEART

HEART

We started with a big call from God to become a kingdom distribution center. We didn’t have enough product and donations coming in to meet the vision that God laid on our heart.

Then I meet Amplify and they hooked me up with numerous businesses and ministries in the local area that we can get more supplies for and then also push those supplies to other ministries who can help people locally.

I don’t consider myself a businessman so being around these really smart people brought wisdom to me on how to run HEART. Instead of a wall being put up, they find a way to go through the wall. They bring such an entrepreneurial spirit that when you get around them and you just start to dream bigger. I’m now dreaming big!

Update: Since presenting at Amplify three years ago, HEART has grown tremendously. Heart now has 75 ministries that partner with us by receiving goods and materials from the warehouse and distributing them throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul. Ministry partners include churches, police departments, govt agencies and other non profit organizations. In addition we, host family community nights and support long-term disaster work in Texas and Louisiana. To date, Heart has sent 17 teams and 55 semi loads of material and food to help victims of hurricanes over the past 3 years and we give out roughly 30-35 pallets a food a week. We also started a store called the Heartland outlet that has heavily discounted products for DIYers. All sales from the store go to support Heart initiatives. To date the store has sold over 1.5 million dollars of products.
