Mid-Management Track
The Mid-Mangement Track is designed to invest and develop mid-level staff members who have the desire and gifts to grow in their role within your organization and/or to make an impact in the nonprofit arena.
Education and training are provided on the foundational building blocks of operating a nonprofit organization. Leadership development activities are woven into each session to help individuals determine and plan how the training can best impact their vocational and leadership journey.
In addition, participants share resources, networks and work together creating a vibrant community of leaders.

The next Mid Management Track begins in March and consists of six monthly sessions through July. The monthly workshops will be held on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. via Zoom.
