FOR MID-LEVEL LEADERS

Mid-Management Track

The Mid-Mangement Track is designed to invest and develop mid-level staff members who have the desire and gifts to grow in their role within your organization and/or to make an impact in the nonprofit arena.

Education and training are provided on the foundational building blocks of operating a nonprofit organization. Leadership development activities are woven into each session to help individuals determine and plan how the training can best impact their vocational and leadership journey.

In addition, participants share resources, networks and work together creating a vibrant community of leaders.
