Mid-Management Track
The Mid-Mangement Track is designed to invest and develop mid-level staff members who have the desire and gifts to grow in their role within your organization and/or to make an impact in the nonprofit arena.
Education and training are provided on the foundational building blocks of operating a nonprofit organization. Leadership development activities are woven into each session to help individuals determine and plan how the training can best impact their vocational and leadership journey.
