Nonprofit Leader Track
The Nonprofit Leader Track is designed to equip faith-based nonprofit Directors with the core foundational building blocks needed to operate and lead a nonprofit organization.
You will receive hands on training, tools, and tactics using a large group workshop format that is highly tangible and applicable. In addition, participants gather in smaller mastermind groups to dig deeper and share resources, applying content from the large workshops to your specific organization.
Through the Nonprofit Leader Track, you will improve your leadership while gaining skills and knowledge to scale your organization to greater impact and sustainability.

The Nonprofit Leader Track consists of two sessions per month – one large group workshop and a small group mastermind session.
Large Group Workshops
The Large Group Workshop Sessions will address one key topic related to nonprofit leadership, facilitated by an industry expert.
8:00 – 10:30 a.m.
1st Tuesday of the month (with the exception of the first session, which will held on Sept. 13th)
Hybrid: Zoom or in-person at Treehouse, 5757 W. Wayzata Blvd, St. Louis Park
Small Group Mastermind
The small group mastermind sessions will be facilitated by a consultant who will lead you in applying the workshop topics to your specific organization. We will support one another in our current challenges and have purposeful conversation aimed at creating actionable steps to move your nonprofit forward.
Participants will be assigned to one of two small groups meeting from either 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.
