Speaker Chad Schwitters: Chad Schwitters has a list stuck in his head. A waiting list. On the list are over 400 families who need safe, affordable, and equitable housing. Since 1995, Schwitters and his team at Urban Homeworks (UHW) have worked to turn waiting lists into thriving communities.
Banyan Community is rooted in the Phillips neighborhood to transform lives by developing youth, strengthening families, and creating community.
Started in 2013, Beyond Limits, a collaborative partnership venture based at Bethany College, offers a two-year, residential post-secondary Christian campus experience and Beyond Limits life skills certificate for qualified young adult students with developmental disabilities.
